On Top of NOLA

The French Quarter is a maze of artistic activity, rich in history and character. However, the grid system upon which is based is not quite to eccentric. I took this image of the rooftops from a parking lot on Canal Street and added some texture and selective saturation in PS5. - hopefully this paints the area in a little less of a formalized fashion...... 2009
